The RAMs is the ninth episode of the ABC original series, High Potential. It aired on January 14, 2025, and the next day on Hulu.

Synopsis[]

A famous baseball newscaster is murdered, and the team is on the case. Meanwhile, Soto and Morgan meet with a potential lead to discuss Roman’s disappearance, and Tom has some personal news to share with Morgan.

Plot[]

A famous newscaster is murdered and is was really well liked so it's hard to come up with a murderer. The team goes to investigate the crime scene and Morgan is able to come up with the model, make and color of the car based on clues at the crime scene. Then the team comes up with the car based on Karadec's observations. Daphne and Oz go to the neighbor who had a beef with him only to find out he had an alibi despite having multiple law suits towards him by the victim. Meanwhile Karadec and Morgan go the victim's house to speak to the housekeeper whose name is now on the will despite him having a son. The house keeper said she felt he was a father to her. She lied saying she had an albi and gave another guy an alibi as well. Karadec speaks to the son who is upset but also has an alibi. They find out the car belonged to the neighbor but he reported it missing and based on the video footage of the robbery, Morgan figures out who the guy was, he's the guy who is sleeping with the housekeeper so he has an alibi. They figure out the alibi was a lie and that the killer really was the thief. So case is closed. Morgan is going to talk to the guy who last saw her boyfriend, Roman and Tom has left town for a nursing job having graduated.
