Chloe was born in Los Angeles to Morgan Gillory and her now ex-husband Ludo Radovic. She is their second child, having been born after Elliot. She is the younger maternal half-sister of Ava Sinquerra, her mother's daughter from a previous relationship.

Chloe is still a young baby, so her personality traits are haven't begun to manifest themselves fully. Ava believes that Chloe will be "super smart" like Morgan and Elliot, though Morgan isn't convinced of anything yet.
